Taylor Clark
Crossfit Level One Trainer
Education:
Associate of Fine Arts, Theatre, 1991
Young Harris College, Young Harris, GA
Bachelor of Arts, Public Relations, 1999 Auburn University, Auburn, AL
Taylor Clark comes to CFAI on loan from the Navy while he is stationed
at the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay, Ga. His 15 years of
service in the Navy has given Taylor a wide and dynamic level of fitness
that has made him into the disciplined and organized trainer he is
today. Taylor has been to over 30 countries and worked out in just
about every one of them - from running a 10K in Rhodes, Greece to
weightlifting and martial arts in Yokosuka, Japan. Believing that
variety is the spice of fitness, it was only a matter of time before
Taylor found Crossfit three years ago and they have been inseparable
since. |
